My name is Kyle Newell aka the Panda Man, and after years of struggling with my own personal diets and body image issues, I cracked the code in 2019.

And since that time, my ‘Panda Diet’, has transformed the health and bodies of well over 20,000 people.

Let me be clear, I only call it a ‘diet’ because that is a term that people are familiar with.

‘I’ve been in the Strength and Conditioning field since 1992, and training since the mid 80s.  Kyle got me started on long-term fasting and it has been life changing.   His approach resonated on multiple levels.  It wasn’t just about fat loss or performance, but also about getting control in a way that is sustainable without burning out.


When I came to Kyle I was back up to 326 pounds.  Within the first month I was down under 300 and held that pretty steady for most of 2023.  In 2024 I got serious about the some of the longer term fasting and have hit a 38 year low of 247.  My energy levels are as high as ever and overall I feel great. This method is highly sustainable and very easy to manage.


Kyle's approach is unique in that he blends mindset (what he calls mind mapping) and flexibility at the same time.  It allows for a lifetime of changes, not just a strict diet that you see results from and then eventually end up right back to where you were.  Most of those are unsustainable.  How he teaches fasting is sustainable for life. It is a very unique and useful tool.


The biggest objection I had going into Kyle’s program was that I love to eat.  And I love discipline.  The two do not mix well.  Fasting was something I only heard about and never really believed because of what I had been taught previously.  What a mistake that was.  The way Kyle Coaches it is truly different than anyone else I’ve ever seen.  I can have my cake and eat it too! Wish I had started this much sooner!’
